Our private lessons are tailored toward the needs of you and your dog. Concentrate on basic obedience, problem solving, or behavior modification. Individual lessons can evaluate your dog's behavior problems and provide solutions to modify behaviors. Recommended for dogs of all ages and breeds.
Length and cost varies depending on the nature of the problem and the temperament of the dog. The following list describes some of our most common private lessons:
Private Lesson (one hour)
Need a little one-on-one training to work on a few basic problems or ask questions? Want to spend some time doing some refresher training? A private lessons is the perfect solution for you and your pet.
In-home: $150
Puppy 101 Session (one hour)
Just got a new puppy and don't know what to do? Overwhelmed by socialization, housetraining, and puppy mouthing? Let us help by providing you with detailed information to get your puppy off on the right paw. Our one-on-one session will provide you with information on humane and practical methods for raising your new best friend.
In-home: $150
Housetraining Your Dog Session (one hour)
Accidents in the house? This one-hour session will cover information on training the dog where to eliminate, setting the dog up for success to avoid accidents, proper clean-up should an accident occur, the effects of nutrition on potty-training, and how to avoid the common mistakes many owners make. We will work with you to set up a program that is easy for you to implement and effective for housetraining your dog.
In-home: $150
Behavior and Training Program (six one-hour lessons)
A full-length program offered as private sessions with the family to cover basic obedience and/or behavior modification programs for any pet.
In-home: $840
Private Training With the Owner Not Present
This option allows an instructor to work with your dog alone at your home while you are at work, or while the dog is attending either daycare or boarding at a facility of your choice. (You'll arrange and pay for the boarding or daycare separately.)
The training covers basic obedience commands (the longer session also includes training around distractions).
Following the training the owner is taught how to reinforce the commands at home. This is an excellent program to get a faster start on training.
5-day session (includes 1 session with family): $499
10-day session (includes 2 sessions with family): $899
