Bone up! Beginner Dog Training

Teach your dog new manners while having a lot of fun.  

Using positive methods, you will learn how to teach your dog to respond to you more quickly while building a lasting relationship with your dog. Teach your dog to sit, down and stay, as well as how to greet people politely, and many other skills to help you have a well-behaved family member. 

Before starting class with your dog,  you will receive a detailed email listing your class start date (which is usually the following week) and a link for you to watch a short orientation online.   The orientation which is the start of your actual program goes over everything you need to know to succeed in the remaining 6 classes and also includes homework so you will be off to a good start right away.       

This class is for dogs of all ages, even puppies!  While we love working with all dogs, at this time, this class is limited to dogs who are NOT reactive to other dogs or people.   If you have questions about this, please email us (info@allaboutdogsinc.com) before registering since we would love to help you in another location or with private lessons.  

Class runs the same day and time for 6 consecutive weeks (except for our holiday closings).  You are expected to watch orientation before bringing your dog to his first-class but not doing so, does not alter your class dates.  Start dates may not be delayed once they are assigned (refer to policy page) so please watch for your email within the next 2 business days after you register.      

Classes are not interchangeable and are not refundable.   However, if you know you need to miss a class, let us know before class and we'll add a one-time makeup class to the end of your 6-week course.   

The Springfield classes are held at Dogtopia, 7401 Fullerton Road. (map). Each class is 50 minutes.
